I have a B of A loan, originaly with country wide.
I am not late but it is a struggle. This loan had sigificant neg am early on. I have had it for five years
no lates. It is an ARM and cirrently 3.125%.
This will shurly go up. What to do?
Thank you for your post. Many homeowners find themselves in the same position these days. They bought a home with an ARM, anticipating they would refi into a fixed rate later on.
